The Delahaie family has been making champagne in the heart of the region - Epernay - since 1959.
This rare but lovely blend consists of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Menieur and was bottle aged on the lees for 28 months - far longer than the required amount for a Brut champagne. Flavor wise, you get strawberry and Rainier fruit with subtle yeastiness, crisp acidity, fine bubbles and a dry finish.
